This solution, comprising the Plustek ScanDMS MFA3000S, a number of Plustek scanners including the SmartOffice PS286 and the DocAction software, scans a variety of documents including chain store stock paper, industry quotation and PI, school institution manual sheets, warehouse packing lists, government contracts and branch office daily documents etc. into searchable-PDF format and uploads them onto the server via document management software automatically. The perfect integration of Plustek scanner and Multiserver enables your file cabinets to be searchable online, which is the key benefit contributed by this solution.
Besides, Plustek will showcase its library solution comprising the OpticBook A300 Standalone, which enables libraries, law firms, state and local government offices to scan and share documents and books with a single touch. The external integrated monitor and PC devices offer a simple approach for users to create digital copies of scanned books, bound materials and documents up to 11x16 inches that can be saved to a USB flash drive or any destination easily.
In addition to scanner solutions, Plustek has also made great progress in the development of surveillance solutions in the past year. The NVR 4200V, a Rugged Mobile Transportation Network Video Recorder, is adaptable with a variety of wireless technologies including GPS, WiFi and WiMax, which enable surveillance of moving vehicles and effectively help fleet management systems, a solution highly recognized by oversea as well as domestic customers.
Beside the aforesaid products, the latest innovation like the OpticLab H850, is capable of scanning an entire histology sample without having to stitch it together. The scanner features single button easy control and saves to various file formats including TIFF, JPG, BMP, GIF, etc.
Similarly, the Plustek SmartOffice PS406U offers outstanding price/performance value in a compact footprint, conserving both space and budget. You get fast scanning speed and the efficiency of Intelligent MultiFeed Function. The ultrasonic sensor of the scanner detects the double feeding of original documents during scanning. With the Plustek DocAction, Plustek DI Capture, OCR and BCR applications, users get image enhancement functionality as well as the option of scanning directly to Searchable PDF file, print or batch. Multi-page documents on both sides can be processed into electronic searchable PDF files at the touch of a button.
With two USB ports on the SmartOffice PL1530, two PCs can be connected to this scanner so you and your colleague can use the same scanner to scan documents one at a time. This will not only help the employees save their working space but also assist the employer to reduce expenditure in purchasing unnecessary devices.
The Plustek MobileOffice S420 is a new member to the MobileOffice series of scanners that provides high-speed scanning capability and also comes with a stand which enables the S420 to be shared between busy workgroups to accelerate the document digitalizing process.
